CATEGORÍAS: Mundo Fashion, Hombres La marca de bebidas alcohólicas, Campari, ha anunciado que el actor puertorriqueño Benicio del Toro será el primer hombre protagonista del Calendario Campari para la edición 2011.
Tuvieron que pasar 150 años para que la marca se decidiera por un hombre, antes han sido bellezas como Salma Hayek, Eva Mendes o Jessica Alba.
Michel Comte es el fotógrafo que captó a Del Toro para la campaña titulada 'The red affair', estará a la venta en el 2011.
¿Por qué Benicio?
El presidente ejecutivo del Gruppo, Bob Kunze-Concewitz, explicó en un comunicado que la decisión se ha tomado para conmemorar el especial aniversario dando "un nuevo y sorprendente enfoque al calendario".
"Pensamos que Del Toro encajaría a la perfección en este papel, ya que, al igual que Campari, representa lo cosmopolita y lo auténtico a través de su magnetismo y personalidad", añadió.
Mientras tanto el actor declaro que las las imágenes fueron "muy cinematográficas" y asegura que posar para los doce meses ha sido "muy divertido".
Las imágenes del calendario, del que sólo se hacen 9.999 copias a los fieles clientes en todo el mundo, se presentarán en Milán el 21 de octubre.

Mayra Verónica, quien ha hecho titulares en los últimos tiempos por su supuesto romance con Reggie Bush, el ex de Kim Kardashian, estaba invitada a una grabación musical con el legendario grupo cubano 'Buena Vista Social Club' Y en el Hotel Nacional, uno de los patrimonios históricos de Cuba, Benicio del Toro y Mayra Verónica se encontraron.
Nos sorprendió el nuevo look del actor puertorriqueño, y aparentemente, ese cabello despeinado y ese traje azul han permanecido con del Toro desde que llegó a La Habana.
"Pues sí, andaba así todo el tiempo. Benicio se enfoca mucho en su trabajo, es bien serio en su trabajo, estaba dirigiendo, ya llevaba dos semanas y eran los dos últimos días en La Habana, así que yo creo que estaba hasta el último pelo y por eso andaba con la misma ropa", dijo Mayra Verónica.
Tanto la cubana como del Toro aprovecharon su estancia para disfrutar de los lugares más emblemáticos de Cuba. Y, contrario a lo que pueden pensar, la que parece haber quedado flechada fue ella. "Benicio se convirtió en mi nuevo crush de Hollywood", aseguró.
'Siete Días en La Habana' es un filme que narra siete historias diferentes en coproducción con la compañía española Morena Films y con un presupuesto apróximado a los 4 millones de dólares. Proyecta estrenarse en octubre.

El apuesto actor puertorriqueño Benicio del Toro (de 44 años) es otro de los famosos que se convertirá en padre muy pronto, y además primerizo.
La madre del bebé es la modelo y actriz Kimberly Stewart (de 31), hija del músico Rod Stewart quien el pasado mes de febrero también fue padre ¡por octava ocasión!
Aunque Benicio y Kimberly actualmente ya no son pareja (ni piensan regresar a serlo), no dejan a un lado la gran felicidad que causa este evento en la vida de cada uno, ya que se trata del primer hijo del actor que le dio vida al 'Hombre Lobo'.

The 44-year-old Hollywood star became a father for the first time on Sunday after Kimberly Stewart gave birth.

But yesterday, it was back to work for the actor, who was spotted on location in Los Angeles for his upcoming movie, Savages.
Benicio cut a bedraggled figure as he left his trailer, packing a paunch in a white T-shirt and jeans.
A source told Us Weekly magazine recently that he is overjoyed about the birth of his daughter.

A representative for del Toro confirmed to Us Weekly in April that he was the father of the baby.
'Benicio is the father and very supportive,' the actor's spokesperson told the magazine.
'Although [he and Kimberly] are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby.'
Kimberly and Benicio are understood to have had a ‘no-strings fling' after meeting at the Chateau Marmont hotel earlier this year.

The crooner revealed the name of his daughter Kimberly's new arrival in an unusual fashion during an interview with USA Today.
The 66-year-old sang out the name Delilah after boasting: 'I'm a grandfather now. I've been going around blabbing that for hours now.'
'It's wonderful,' he added.
Rod and his third wife Penny Lancaster were at Kimberly Stewart's side at the hospital.
Rod's first wife Alana Collins, Kimberly's mother, was also present.

Rod's children Renee, 18, from his relationship with Rachel, and Sean, 31, who is the son from his first marriage, joined the group to welcome the newest arrival too.
The arrival of the baby came on a very special day for the model - her 32nd birthday.
The baby weighed in at a healthy 8lb 9oz and is 22 inches long.
Rod has eight children including Kimberly, and Sean, 30, by his former wife Alana and their half-sister Ruby, 23.
He also has a daughter Renee, 18, and a 16-year-old son Liam by model Rachel Hunter.
Rod welcomed his eighth child when wife Penny gave birth to son Aiden back in February. They already have one son, Alistair, five.

El nacimiento de la hija de Stewart y del Toro, tuvo lugar en un hospital de Los Ángeles (California). Es el primer hijo para ambos.
Stewart y del Toro no son pareja oficialmente, aunque el representante del intérprete confirmó en abril que el conocido actor era el padre del bebé que esperaba.
"Benicio es el padre y está dando todo su apoyo", dijo entonces el representante. "Aunque él y Kimberly no son pareja, están emocionados con la llegada del bebé", añadió.
Se dice que Rod Stewart (de 66 años), y su esposa, Penny Lancaster, estuvieron presentes en el hospital durante el parto de la hija del cantante. Alana Collins, madre de Kimberly y primera esposa del artista, también acudió.
El bebé midió 55 centímetros y pesó 3,8 kilos. No se conoce el nombre de la niña.
Kimberly Stewart estuvo comprometida con Talan Torriero, el protagonista del programa del canal MTV 'Laguna Beach', pero puso punto y final a la relación dos semanas después de haberse comprometido.
